It wasn’t until I started focusing on healthy aging and wrote books about how to age successfully, did I come to a life-changing conclusion:

All roads lead to menopause.

It’s a simple concept: women’s bodies change forever once we go through and come out of menopause in ways that we don’t naturally consider. We usually think about what I call the Terrible Menopause Trifecta (TMT): hot flashes, sleepless nights, mood swings.

But menopause affects our bones, hearts, brains, skin, vaginas, eyes, and just about every other body part — inside and out — in very lasting ways.

That’s why I started Menopause Cheat Sheet in partnership with Dr. Margaret Nachtigall, a leading endocrinologist and founding member of North American Menopause Society (NAMS).

Menopause Cheat Sheet is a weekly newsletter which delivers short bites of the right information to help women prepare for, go through, and come out of menopause as ready as possible.

Menopause Cheat Sheet is not just for women who are going through menopause. It’s for all women who are perimenopausal, menopausal, and postmenopausal. And, we encourage readers to share Menopause Cheat Sheet with their partners and children as well, so people who love us can gain a better understanding of what we experience.

It’s easy to subscribe to Menopause Cheat Sheet: just click here and read it for a few weeks (you can even read past issues). If you’re not getting the information you are hoping for, it’s super easy to unsubscribe. And it’s free.

If you have specific questions about women’s health for Dr. Margaret, please send them to menopausecheatsheet@gmail.com and we’ll feature your questions in future issues.

Stay tuned for other ways for us to connect with you such as Facebook Live events, a podcast, and more.

Thank you for subscribing!
