Even though we’re all going a little bonkers staying at home and/or staying six feet away, don’t forget — this too shall pass.

But, there’s no denying that it’s a challenging time. Even when we do emerge from what feels like years of isolation, life will never really be the same.

To stay focused (and sane!), I’ve been putting this time to very good use: Not only have I been visiting my mother (who lives in an assisted living facility) in an interesting new way, I started researching and writing my third book and — super exciting — launched a new weekly newsletter that will focus on the health and wellbeing of women who are peri-menopausal, menopausal, and post-menopausal . . . in other words all women over 45, with a sharp focus on how menopause changes, well,  just about everything.

Here’s the link to get the info on what it is and how to subscribe to get it plopped into your in-box every Wednesday!

Just as important, to help get you geared up for the inevitable re-opening of America . . . check out the latest posts from some of the country’s best bloggers who focus on health, food, travel, fitness, style, makeup and so much more! (There’s even an exclusive podcast chat with that uber-cool 70+ chick — Maye Musk!)

Okay, no more chitchat! Now it’s time to kick off your stay-at-home slippers, sip a glass of heart healthy Pinot Noir, and relax into this latest issue of FASHION FLASH! Just click on the pretty pink links and dig in!
